Job Description

Claritas Genomics is seeking a full-time employee to oversee the shipping and receiving dock, assist with company purchasing, maintain laboratory supply inventories, and assist with other laboratory support tasks. 

You will play a critical role in supporting the operations of a state-of-the-art laboratory, bringing on-line the latest in genetics technologies. You will be directly supporting and enhancing the efficiency of a diagnostic laboratory developing and performing tests to better enable patient care.

Applicants will be organized, detail-oriented multi-taskers with strong communication skills interested in an efficient and quality-driven environment. Self-motivation and good work ethic are a must. A high school diploma or equivalency certification is required.  This position will involve a heavy amount of record keeping and report generation using computers. Comfort with computer usage and a strong familiarity with Microsoft Office – particularly Excel and Word – is required. This position will also involve communicating with a number of people both within and outside the company, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Prior experience with materials management, shipping and receiving, or purchasing a plus but not required.

We are looking for applicants willing to work an early morning to mid-afternoon shift.   Weekend and holiday hours are not expected.
